WatchFlicker is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous availability of the service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, including features or content, with or without notice.
All content available on WatchFlicker is owned or licensed by Doubt Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may stream content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without prior written permission.

WatchFlicker relies on third-party services (including Google Firebase) for authentication, analytics, and data storage. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doubt Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of WatchFlicker, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or service interruptions.
WatchFlicker is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate access to WatchFlicker at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Termination may result in loss of access to your account and profiles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
